Yacht Owner Support & Operational Assistance
Hassle-Free Ownership, Seamless Operation
Comprehensive owner-side operational support for yachts, docks, lifts, and waterfront assets. We provide hands-on oversight during yard periods, refits, rebuilds, permitting, and design—protecting scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring work aligns with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Our role includes on-site project management, vendor coordination, preventive planning, and permitting support to control costs, minimize change orders and scope creep, and keep projects and operations running smoothly, protecting the owner’s time and investment.

Charter Operations & Ownership Coordination
Owner-side coordination supporting charter operations, operators, marketing partners, and vessel readiness, with a focus on proper documentation, compliance, and operational alignment. We help ensure the yacht is structured, documented, and operated in a manner that allows the owner’s tax and legal advisors to implement 100% bonus depreciation opportunities under federal law (BBB).
Our role is to bridge the gap between charter activity, vessel operations, and professional advisory teams, coordinating records, usage documentation, operational planning, and ownership considerations. All structuring and tax determinations are made in collaboration with / under the direction of the client’s CPA and legal counsel.

Nonprofit Vessel Donation Appraisal optimization & Ownership from a NGO via Lease Opportunities
Owner-side operational and coordination support for vessel donations, nonprofit stewardship, and buying a marine asset from a NGO via a structured lease or buyout transition involving qualified nonprofit organizations. Our role focuses on execution, documentation readiness, asset care, and transition planning, ensuring vessels are responsibly operated and properly supported throughout nonprofit ownership and transfer to private ownership.
We work alongside nonprofit partners, operators, and the owner’s professional advisors to support a smooth, compliant transition, maintaining vessel condition, continuity of operations, and clarity for all parties.

Captain & Operational Support
Captain and operational support is provided on a secondary, as-needed basis, to assist with yacht projects, commissioning, sea trials, deliveries, and transitional operating periods. This role focuses on readiness, safety, documentation, and execution—working alongside owner captains, existing professional captains & crew, and management companies, to ensure smooth professional outcomes.
